Born and raised in Eugene, I know this area like the back of my hand! I love helping my clients all over the Pacific Northwest find their homes. Whether you are a first time home buyer, seasoned buyer or investor, I've got you covered.

When I was not licensed as a real estate agent, I bought my first primary residence in Eugene. Shortly after that, I purchased a couple investment properties off-market. During my search for investment properties, I was talking to a few real estate agents that clearly did not have a knowledge base of what I was looking for or even talking about- they simply wanted the commission and were willing to try the 'ol, "fake it til you make it," strategy. It was discouraging. It was their failings that inspired me to get my real estate license and conduct these transactions on my own.

Once I got licensed here in Eugene, I was hooked, and my business snowballed in a good way. Since then, I have helped my clients navigate over $100mil in real estate transactions, helping both buyers and sellers. Taking the Stress Off of You

I feel like my primary job as a real estate agent is to take as much stress as possible off of my clients' shoulders. It doesn't matter if you've bought one home or dozens, there is always stress- tracking paperwork, timelines to stay up with, making sure money is where it needs to be, contacting insurance and utility companies, getting contractors involved for repairs. The list of tasks goes on and on. I take great pride in hearing from my clients, "That wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be!" at the end of a transaction. 

With my experience in the business, and my laundry list of contacts to help us through the process, it is very simple for me to do the heavy lifting while my clients are able to relax a bit and not take on the burdons of a real estate transaction.
